Practice Description: Erin received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science with a focus on International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, followed by her Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center. At Georgetown, Erin focused extensively on family law and assisted reproductive technology law, completing an independent study in The Hague’s Surrogacy/Parentage Project on issues arising from international surrogacy arrangements.
Erin was a Summer Associate for two summers at a nationally ranked New York-based law firm. She also worked as a Fellow at two public interest family law organizations in New York. Erin has experience in domestic and international corporate law and project finance, as well as in civil litigation and family law. At Weltman Law Group, Erin assists clients in drafting and negotiating egg donor and surrogacy agreements, addressing insurance issues and appeals, and establishing parentage rights.
Erin is also a fluent Turkish speaker.
